Refunds, made fair.

If your song or video isn’t quite right, your first revision is free. Open your order page and choose “Request changes” — tell us what to fix (the lyrics, the voice, a name, the visuals) and we’ll remake it. Most concerns are resolved this way, faster than a refund.

Because our products are digital and highly personalized, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the generation process has begun. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund for a change of mind.

For customers in the European Union: under consumer-protection law you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right is waived for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. By ordering and consenting to immediate generation, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

We stand by our technology. You’re eligible for a full refund or a free regeneration only in these cases:

• Non-delivery — the order fails to render due to a system error on our end, and we can’t deliver the final product within 24 hours.
• Severe glitches — the final file has severe technical corruption (for example, no audio or a black screen) that wasn’t caused by low-quality inputs.

Our songs use advanced AI to generate lyrics and vocals. While highly accurate, AI voice generation may occasionally pronounce unusual or unique names with a slight accent. Minor pronunciation quirks or slight lyrical-timing variations do not constitute a severe technical failure and are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe you’ve experienced a technical failure, request a refund right from your order page using “Request a refund”, or email support@liljams.com — within 7 days of purchase either way. Please describe the issue (your order ID is attached automatically from the page). A member of our team reviews every request and, where eligible, refunds your original payment method.
