Terms of Service

By accessing or using LilJams, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from LilJams. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We create personalized, AI-generated birthday songs and videos from the details you provide. We offer three formats — an audio song, a video built from your photos, and a premium tier with realistic AI-generated footage.

Because the output is generated by AI models, results naturally vary and we do not guarantee an exact lyrical, musical, or visual result.

Everything you upload stays yours. We don’t claim ownership of your photos, your story, or the details you share.

When you upload a photo, you confirm two things: that you have the right to use it, and that everyone who appears in it has agreed to it being used to create a personalized song or video. If you’re making this as a gift, that means the birthday person — and anyone else in the shot — is happy to be included.

You also agree not to upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

You give us permission to use your photos and details for one purpose only: creating and delivering the order you paid for. That includes storing them securely, and sharing them with the AI services that generate your song and video on our behalf. We do not use your photos or details to train AI models.

We will never publish your photos, song, or video publicly — or use them in our marketing — without asking you first and getting your clear agreement. Examples shown on our site come from our own test orders or from customers who have specifically said yes.

We delete the photos you upload about 30 days after you order, and you can delete an order and its files yourself at any time from your account — or email support@liljams.com. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep things and how your data is handled.

The finished song and video are yours to keep, share, and enjoy for personal, non-commercial use.

Your uploaded photos remain entirely yours — our permission to use them ends when it’s no longer needed to deliver or support your order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal — one-time, no subscription. We never see or store your card details.

Not thrilled with the result? Your first revision is free within 30 days of ordering. After that window — and for every revision beyond the first — revisions are paid: the price depends on what we need to remake (just the song, the video, or everything) and is always shown before you submit the request. Every revision is reviewed by our team, and paid ones are only charged after we approve them — never before.

Each order includes up to 3 revisions in total. After that, the next step is ordering a brand-new song. We may decline a revision request (for example if it asks for content that breaks these Terms); declined requests are never charged.

If you experience a genuine technical failure you can request a refund within 7 days — see our Refund Policy for details. Because each order is custom-generated on demand, sales are otherwise final once generation begins.

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated output may contain imperfections. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
